Lorna Slater and Patrick Harvie delivered a speech to the Autumn conference of the Scottish Green Party in October. In both speeches they reflect on a year of Greens in Government and look forward to the second half of the parliamentary term, with announcements about forthcoming proposals for new legislation to support both people and planet.

I particularly liked the levy on cruise ships, having seen how many them dock at Kirkwall and Lerwick when I was on holiday this year. And the first moves towards a Land Carbon Tax in partnership with the John Muir Trust
