Scottish Budget Scorecard

As Westminster's Labour government continues to unravel, discarding election promises with careless abandon, we take a look at the Scottish government's budget proposals for 2025/26. 

Beginning with John Swinney setting out his vision for Scotland and followed by Shona Robison's presentation of the draft Scottish budget we consider how well the two speeches match up.  Does the action match the aspiration?

After hearing both speeches we award marks out of 10.  Do you agree with our score?  Let's find out!
